Landscape Gardener Wanted - $90,000 Super - Full-Time Opportunity - Sydney Location - Car and Tools Provided - Min 2 years of experience About the Role Local Workforce Hire is currently seeking an experienced Gardener / Landscaper on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable organisation with a strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has experience across both maintenance and landscaping projects. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of gardening and landscaping duties, including: Lawn care, including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilising Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf Weed control, pruning, trimming, and general garden maintenance Installing landscaping features such as irrigation systems, retaining walls, and garden beds Operating a variety of hand tools and powered equipment Maintaining irrigation systems and managing water usage effectively Assisting with construction elements such as garden borders and outdoor structures General site clean-up, mulching, and waste removal Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with environmental standards About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in landscaping or garden maintenance Strong knowledge of plants, turf, and landscaping techniques Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely A strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and within a team Commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices Driver’s licence (preferred) What’s on Offer $90,000 Superannuation Full-time, stable employment Opportunity to work on a variety of projects Supportive team environment Career progression opportunities within a growing business About Local Workforce Hire At Local Workforce Hire, we specialise in connecting skilled workers with quality employers across Australia.
