We are the largest Indian Wholesalers in Australia with brands such as Daawat Rice, Pattu, Sabrini,GRB Sweets and many more.
.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level of service to our customers - processing orders, advising of sales promotions, issuing creditsManage customer accounts and all related activitiesCoordination of stock to manage use by datesLiaise with Warehouse and internal stake holdersMinimise and resolve conflictSelection CriteriaMinimum 5 years experience in Customer Service RoleExperience in working with EDI with costoc, amazon and other supermarketsDigitally savvy; keeps up to date with technology Eg: MS ExcelExcellent communication, time management and negotiation skillsWork with enthusiasm and a positive 'can do' attitudeDetailed understanding of India culture and FoodExperience with FMCGExperience with Netsuite ERP would be an advantageApplyBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
