We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help support people in leading healthier lives. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a compassionate, open, and bold mindset.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life. You'll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

">

The responsibilities of this role include contributing to Change Grow Live in a variety of ways. From Admin Volunteers to Service User Reps, from Peer Mentors to Healthcare Support Volunteers, and from Independent Visitors to Community Mentors, each volunteer brings a unique set of skills and talents.

">

No special qualifications are required for most opportunities. We'll ensure you receive all the training and support you need.

">

You don't need to have personal experience of drug and alcohol recovery to get involved. Everyone is welcome at Change Grow Live.

">

This post is office-based with remote working possibilities.

">

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level is required for this role.

">

About the Role

">

In this role, you'll work closely with service users to understand their needs and provide support tailored to their individual circumstances.

">

You'll contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment, fostering trust and confidence among those you work with.

">

Your input will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

">

Key Responsibilities

- Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to service users.

- Help service users navigate available resources and services.

">

- Collaborate with other volunteers and staff members to achieve shared objectives.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
