Occupational Therapist Role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in delivering high-quality, person-centred services and work with a range of clients across various care needs.
* Providing comprehensive assessments and reports;
* Identifying occupational therapy goals and developing intervention plans;
* Delivering occupational therapy support in diverse settings;
* Developing individual resources and strategies for clients;
* Attending care team meetings and providing occupational therapy input.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and registration (or eligibility to register) with AHPRA;
* Experience or interest in working with individuals with complex needs, including intellectual disabilities and/or trauma;
* Comprehensive assessment and administration skills, particularly sensory profiling;
* Ability to develop holistic lifestyle assessments and associated goal setting.
