About the role:
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Developer for our key utilities client to support the final delivery of a D365 Customer Service CRM project, followed by ongoing support, optimisation, and enhancements. The role also includes broader D365, and Microsoft project work as needed. Responsibilities include configuring, developing, and maintaining workflows and code within the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
* Build scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps) and integrate APIs.
* Conduct unit testing, maintain technical documentation, and ensure solution quality.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and developers to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.
Requirements:
Essential:
* 3+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Strong coding skills in C# and JavaScript, with exposure to .NET Core and SQL.
* Hands-on experience delivering at least 2–3 enterprise CRM projects.
* Solid understanding of data modelling, security, and integration practices.
* Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSE) or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
* Exposure to SharePoint, Power BI, Azure ML, and Cognitive Services.
* Experience in the not-for-profit sector and/or customer-facing environments.
* Formal business analysis or CRM accreditation.
