Job Role Overview
The Cabin Crew Manager is a senior role within the Cabin Crew Leadership team. It involves leading Q400 Cabin Crew members to deliver business objectives and enhance performance, safety, and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Optimise Cabin Crew performance, attendance, and engagement through effective feedback, regular reviews, and coaching.
* Manage safety in line with the Safety Strategy and support projects that improve operations and customer experience.
* Recruit, select, and develop new Cabin Crew members.
* Act as Duty Cabin Manager on an on-call roster, including some weekend public holidays and early mornings.
