The Service Coordinator and Administrative Assistant role requires an experienced administrator who thrives in fast-paced working environment with keen eye for detail. This person will coordinate works and associated requirements for team of service technicians, create and assign work orders and purchase orders, respond to customer enquiries, schedule all work types through calendar management, arrange accommodation, car hire and flights, action inventory requirements and communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
Key skills required include excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to multitask and maintain accurate records. A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also essential.
