About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations in our chocolate production kitchen. You'll assist with food preparation, cleaning, packing, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the factory.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and production of chocolates, desserts, and pastries.
* Pack and label finished products with care and accuracy.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workspace.
* Wash dishes, sanitise equipment, and manage waste disposal.
* Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn.
* Able to follow instructions and work well within a team.
* Comfortable working in a busy kitchen or production environment.
* Focused on quality, hygiene, and attention to detail.
* Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food production role is helpful but not essential —we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to grow.
