About the Role
Coordinating resourcing requirements and managing RFQs.
Liaising with vendors, providing administrative support, and processing invoices and transactions.
Managing timesheets, purchase orders, and reconciliation processes.
Supporting the Senior Vendor Analyst and Vendor Assurance Manager in vendor agreement management.

Proven experience in contract administration, invoicing, payments reconciliation, and vendor financial management.
Exceptional governance, document management, and confidentiality skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and time management capabilities.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and adaptability to new technologies.
Understanding of Commercial Management, Quality Assurance, and IT contracting models
Administering temporary labour hire and consulting engagements (well regarded)
Familiarity with standard procurement procedures and tendering approaches (well regarded)
A degree in law, business, OR equivalent experience and/or education/training.
