Youll play a key role in delivering civil construction and maintenance projects across Wollongong, contributing to essential infrastructure such as footpaths, drainage systems, driveways, and stairways.
Most of your time will be spent working across the Southern LGA, where your skills will help shape the community's built environment in meaningful ways.As part of the crew, youll be involved in a variety of tasks including reading plans, estimating materials, setting up sites, and forming up concrete structures.
The team starts early, working from 6:30am to 3pm, giving you the flexibility to maintain a healthy balance between your career and personal life.

This role may occasionally require weekend or overtime work.About YouYou hold a Certificate III in Formwork/Falsework, Civil Engineering Carpentry, Carpentry or an equivalent trade qualification, along with a current Class C Driver's Licence and WHS General Construction Induction White Card.
You have solid experience in formwork carpentry, particularly in constructing and maintaining civil infrastructure like footpaths, drainage, and concrete structures.
You are someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.Safety is your top priority — you understand WHS principles and apply them daily on-site.
