Responsibilities:
* Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, mail, and other ad‑hoc tasks as required
* Manage the implementation of strategy and processing of all documents
* Manage all work in progress (WIP)
* Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
* Manage client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism
* Liaise with providers
Qualifications:
* High attention to detail
* Ability to adopt new systems and processes efficiently
* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
* Strong computer and data management skills
* Experience in a similar role in financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
* Determination to succeed, commitment to the business and an eagerness to learn
* Bachelor degree in related field or working towards this qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
