Join our Information Management team within Macquarie's Financial Management and People Enablement Group where the team plays a key role in leading information management risk, data and reporting outcomes. We drive execution across complex environments, leveraging technical expertise to uplift risk frameworks, governance practices, and policy embedment.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead stakeholders and cross‐functional teams to assess data protection and information management compliance. You will translate data and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable outcomes, using insight and judgement to influence decisions and prioritisation. A core part of the role is operating in complex environments, where you will negotiate outcomes, apply appropriate challenge, and maintain risk‐aligned positions.

What you offer
* Strong interest in technology, data, operational risk management and governance, with the ability to translate complexity into practical business outcomes
* Background in technology and data analysis techniques/tools (PowerShell, SQL, Excel, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)
* Excellent quantitative, problem‐solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to exercise initiative and be able to follow through on issues with minimal supervision
* Strong time and project management skills
* Understanding of data modelling, architecture or privacy best practices is advantageous.
