About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director to join our dedicated team at Little World for Discoverers ' in Oxenford, QLD. This is a part-time opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the smooth and enriching operation of our early learning centre.
What you'll be doing
* Assist the Centre Director in providing strategic leadership and operational management of the centre
* Oversee the implementation of high-quality educational programs that support the wellbeing and development of children
* Mentor and support the education team, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards
* Engage with families, building strong partnerships to support children's learning and growth
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of the centre
What we're looking for
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior role within the early childhood education sector
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for creating enriching learning environments and supporting children's development
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
