About the Role This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves variety, wants customer exposure, and enjoys connecting technology with real business outcomes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in: Pre-sales conversations, discovery workshops & client meetings Solution design, architecture fundamentals & shaping delivery approaches Crafting proposals, statements of work, tenders, roadmaps and delivery plans Working across Azure, AWS and GCP (we’re no longer just an Azure shop — you’ll get multi-cloud exposure) Helping design and build cloud, data, integration and AI solutions Supporting delivery teams to ensure clarity, quality and customer alignment Learning modern engineering practices, new data platforms, AI capabilities and integration patterns Working alongside senior architects, data engineers and the leadership team Being allocated to customer accounts and contributing to real project outcomes You’ll spend your time understanding customer problems, shaping solutions, and helping win new business — while developing into a confident, customer-facing Solution Designer. What You’ll Do Join client meetings and translate business problems into technical solution options Shape proposals, SOWs and high-level architectures Contribute to scoping sessions, workshops and pre-sales cycles Work closely with senior Solutions Architects & Data Engineers Support delivery teams where needed (documentation, clarifications, design intent) Continually learn about new technologies, data platforms, AI capabilities, governance patterns and modern engineering practices What We’re Looking For We don’t expect you to be an expert — we’re looking for raw talent, curiosity and attitude. Must-Haves Strong verbal communication and polished presentation skills Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders A curious, proactive mindset — you ask “why?” and love solving problems Genuine interest in Cloud Services, Data, AI and Cloud Architecture Ability to work across multiple teams and learn new technology quickly Why Join Ingrity?
