About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Technician / Medical Receptionist to join our team at the Coffs Chest And Sleep Clinic in Coffs Harbour Jetty, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting high-quality respiratory lung function tests if various kinds .
* Welcoming and greeting patients, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience
* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard
* Assisting the medical team with various administrative and clinical tasks as required
* Learning new skills re CPAP and assisting when required
* Promoting a positive and collaborative team culture
What we're looking for
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
* Proficiency in using medical software and technology
* A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with the medical team
