We are seeking a skilled Property Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate and Property Services division, you will play a crucial role in coordinating property operations, managing site logistics, and providing policy advice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Property Management: Managing and monitoring third-party providers for property and corporate services matters.
* Enquiries and Support: Responding to property and corporate services enquiries from staff and providing assistance with fleet, mail, and other corporate operations matters.
* Team Planning and Workflow: Supporting team planning, task allocation, and workflow monitoring.
* Logistics and Stock Management: Maintaining stationery and consumable stock levels across multiple sites and developing and maintaining carpark ballots.
* Policies and Procedures: Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for property and corporate services.
This hands-on position involves moderately complex tasks, stakeholder engagement, and independent decision-making. Strong problem-solving skills, organisational abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
