**Position**: Front of House Manager

**The Role**: As the Front of House Manager, you will be the face of Limeburners, overseeing all Front of House operations. Your mission is to ensure that each guest leaves with a smile, eager to return. This is predominantly a service role in a relatively small venue so a focus on customer service excellence is essential. You may be a manager or supervisor already, or have received solid training on the job.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling and event coordination.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and quality control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with grace and professionalism.
- Drive sales and manage costs to achieve financial objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Hospo management experience desirable but not essential. This is the perfect "step-up" role for someone looking for a new challenge.
