Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.Act as the first point of contact, managing communications and correspondence.Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience as an EA.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
