Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.
* Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
* Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
* Act as the first point of contact, managing communications and correspondence.
* Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an EA.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
* A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
