* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our teams, including managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating administrative tasks
* Assist with processing applications, ensuring documentation is complete and timelines are met
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries, providing clear advice, and helping resolve issues professionally
* Monitor and coordinate application workflows, entering and updating data in Council systems
* Prepare reports on application performance to track progress against service standards
* Support financial tasks, calculating and receiving fees, raising invoices and requisitions, and maintaining accurate financial records
