Job Overview
This role is a pivotal position in the establishment and implementation of NSW Health's Adult Survivors Program.
The Clinical Coordinator - Adult Survivors Program will be responsible for providing advanced clinical, strategic, educational and programmatic expertise and leadership in this specialist integrated program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct (clinical) interventions for adult survivors with complex needs related to mental health and alcohol and other drugs use.
* Deliver indirect (strategic governance, leadership and capacity building) interventions for NSW Health professionals and partner services.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must hold as a minimum a bachelor's degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, or be able to independently and legally live and work in Australia.
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Class C Drivers Licence - Current driver's license with eligibility to drive in NSW and ability to work across various locations and outreach sites within the district as needed.
