Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to lead our support teams and service delivery in the Far North region.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage individualized support plans for NDIS participants.
* Coordinate and supervise a team of support workers, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
* Design and organize recreational activities, workshops, and skill-building programs tailored to participants' needs.
* Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with NDIS standards and quality frameworks.
* Collaborate with participants, families, and external stakeholders to meet individual goals and preferences.
* Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in support services.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field (Master's degree desirable).
* Demonstrated experience in project coordination, team leadership, and service delivery within the disability sector.
* Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework, disability rights, and best-practice approaches in client support.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in the disability sector is highly regarded.
