Volunteer Coordinator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Volunteer Coordinator to join our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the activities of the Volunteer program, ensuring delivery of high-quality services within set parameters.
* Oversee the Friendly Visiting Program, Community Visiting, and Telelink programs, providing input into future strategic planning processes.
* Support staff with client assessments and provide ongoing support to clients.
* Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of eligible volunteers for clients.
* Chair meetings and take minutes of discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated interest in culturally diverse services.
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and excellent administration skills.
* Caring and patient attitude.
* Qualifications in Community Services or Aged Care (desirable).
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence is mandatory.
