This role will be supporting a successful Account Manager by developing relationships with suppliers to serve clients branding needs.
- Work closely with Account Manager to source and research the best products to meet client requirements
- Source pricing and prepare quotations for clients ensuring clarity, accuracy and appeal
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job tracking information at all times for all active jobs from initiation to completion
- Ensure that all work is accurately invoiced both to clients and from suppliers.
- Assist the creation of artwork to suit clients branding guidelines - Graphic Design

- Previous administration experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactively address problems and provide solutions
- Be able to confidently juggle conflicting priorities and multiple jobs at varying stages
- Have a creative flair and be ready to offer ideas and suggestions
- Graphic Design experience
