**The Company**
**Why work in a Montessori environment?**
Unlike play-based childcare centres and preschools, Montessori Academy nurtures the uniqueness of each child and provides an early learning experience that prepares them, not only for school, but for life.
In a Montessori classroom, educators serve as a link between the Prepared Environment and the children. Their role is to observe the children and guide them in their own unique learning process, to help them develop a life-long love of learning. Activities and learning experiences are implemented to suit each child's current interests, needs and stage of development, to allow them to learn at their own pace. The educator-child relationship is based on trust and respect, which creates a positive learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning journey.
