Site Supervisor – Remedial Construction

Core Talent are partnering with a well-established Sydney-based remedial contractor delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial and strata sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent industry reputation, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in remedial construction, refurbishment or fit out works who enjoys running projects on site and working closely with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across multiple remedial and upgrade projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Projects include
* Concrete repair & structural remediation
* Waterproofing & façade upgrades
* Commercial and industrial fit outs
* Building refurbishments & upgrade works
* Strata remediation projects
Responsibilities
* Supervise trades, subcontractors and site labour
* Coordinate site activities and programme delivery
* Maintain site safety and compliance documentation
* Liaise with Project Managers, consultants and clients
* Ensure quality assurance and workmanship standards are met
* Manage materials, deliveries and site logistics
* Drive programme and keep projects running efficiently
About You
* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
* Background in remedial, fit out, refurbishment or commercial construction
* Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* White Card required
* Driver's licence essential
