Job Summary
Due to an expansion, Recruitment Avenue is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant. The recruitment consultant we are seeking must have an exciting client list that they have built within a recruitment environment over 2-3 years.
You must have experience and contacts in the Travel, Sales, or Education sector.
If you want to work in a driven recruitment company and you are money-hungry, with exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
1. Identify and approach suitable candidates for your roles
2. Review and clarify job specifications, competencies, and skills required
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews
4. Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, and their work culture and environment
5. Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
6. Provide regular updates and feedback to managers and candidates
7. Generate new business using targeted sales strategies either on the phone or in person
8. Write job adverts; register new CVs, interview preparation, CV advice
9. Build longstanding working relationships with clients
