The Candidate:
* Previous experience in commercial property management OR strong experience in residential property management
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Own car and driver's license
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage conflict resolution
Your Role:
* Manage a clean and structured portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
* Prepare and manage commercial leases
* Negotiate lease renewals and ensure seamless transitions
* Maintain accurate records in RP Office
* Monitor and follow up on rental arrears to keep accounts on track
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests
* Prepare rent calculations and outgoing forecasts
* Conduct annual rent increases and market rent reviews
* Receive strong admin support to assist with day-to-day tasks
