Global orthopaedic company expanding its Melbourne Operations team is looking for a Loan Kit Specialist.
Responsibilities include:
* Support all orthopaedic business units in the accurate and timely dispatch of all surgical instruments and implant sets to meet surgeon/customer needs.
* Assembling loan sets, working with the customer service team, liaising with couriers and providing logistical support.
* Receive and dispatch loan sets for surgery. This includes packing, labelling, and booking couriers to dispatch the kit and liaising with Sales Team to determine surgical requirements.
* Instrumentation inspection and handling.
* Available to do overtime and weekends during busy period including on-call (every 5 weeks - overtime paid).
To be considered, you will have:
* Warehousing or Loan Kit Experience within the medical device industry or related industry. OR
* Experienced as a Sterilisation/Instrumentation Technician OR
* Graduate Biomedical Engineer looking to build a career within the medical device industry.
* Be process-driven, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail
* Good communication skills and collaboration
* Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
* Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual.
Salary negotiable on experience.
Annual bonus and overtime paid.
