Location: Gloucester, NSW (Gateway to World Heritage Barrington Tops)

This role is about more than just cooking—it's about preparing nutritious, enjoyable meals that contribute directly to the residents' wellbeing. It's also your chance to enjoy weekday downtime exploring the stunning Barrington Tops right on your doorstep.
Roster: Monday 6:00am – 1:30pm & Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:30am – 5:30pm (Perfect for a 3-days off every week)
What You'll Be Doing (The Impact):
* Crafting and presenting high-quality food, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce.
* Upholding impeccable food hygiene, safety, and strict dietary guidelines.
* Maintaining a spotless kitchen environment.
* Delivering fast, effective, and positive service to our residents.

* Proven experience in a similar professional kitchen environment.
* Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and communication skills.
* Sharp time management and a relentless attention to detail.
* Commitment to all food and general safety standards.
* Bonus: A current NSW Food Safety Certificate.
