What you’ll do: 
- Lead client engagements assessing readiness for IPOs, capital raisings, and other capital market transactions through sophisticated technical reviews and strategic advisory services 
- Oversee evaluation of financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness 
- Provide senior-level analysis of accounting treatments, disclosures, and complex financial data to identify risks and recommend improvements 
- Collaborate closely with senior client management and stakeholders to deliver explicit, actionable strategies that enhance readiness and compliance 
- Manage the preparation and review of comprehensive documentation, reports, and technical briefs to support advisory projects 
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the development and enhancement of CMAAS methodologies, tools, and team capabilities 
What we’re looking for: 
- Proven Technical Expertise: 5+ years’ experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or audit roles, with significant exposure to capital markets transactions and IPO readiness 
- Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and market practices governing IPOs and capital raisings 
- Strategic Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial and business issues, assess risks holistically, and deliver insightful, pragmatic recommendations 
- Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled at articulating complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences including senior leadership 
- Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and foster a collaborative, client-focused culture 
- Client Centricity: Commitment to building trusted, long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional value
