Overview
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the team at Isuzu in Warwick Farm .
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact and take care of the customer's needs, ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner.
* Liaise with the workshop and parts departments.
* Meet and exceed manufacturers CSI targets.
* Ensure customers receive the best possible customer service experience.
* Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department.
* Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills.
* Sound automotive technical knowledge.
* Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Current driver's licence.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Demonstrate attention to detail.
