Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex SAP project lifecycles from blueprinting to post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP modules, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to resolve complex project challenges.
Job Description:
* Project Planning and Management
The Senior Project Manager will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. They will lead and manage all phases of SAP project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with governance standards and managing escalations effectively.
* Stakeholder Engagement
The candidate will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives. They will serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
* Budget and Resource Management
The Senior Project Manager will manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and value delivery within approved limits. They will optimize resource utilization and address capacity constraints proactively.
* Quality Assurance
The candidate will ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations. They will oversee testing and validation processes, including UAT and integration testing.
* Reporting and Metrics
The Senior Project Manager will provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes. They will utilize tools to track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables for SAP project success.
Required Skills and Experience:
* SAP Expertise
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, or SuccessFactors) and integration capabilities. They will have proven experience managing complex SAP implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
* Leadership and Communication
The Senior Project Manager should have exceptional leadership and team management skills in complex, matrixed organizations. They will have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at the executive level.
* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
The candidate will be able to resolve complex project challenges and make strategic decisions under pressure.
* Technical Tools
The Senior Project Manager should be proficient in SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for project tracking and collaboration.
