We're seeking a driven and highly organised Dispatch Team Leader (eCommerce) to support our expanding online operation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all domestic and international eCommerce dispatch functions and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
What you'll do
* Ownership of all eCommerce orders from release to final dispatch
* Oversight and management of warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch
* Creating, maintaining, and monitoring domestic and international booking schedules
* Ensuring all orders meet carrier cut-offs, SLA requirements, and customer expectations
* Proactively identifying and managing exceptions, delays, and fulfilment risks
* Acting as the primary contact for third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and sellers
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
* Certificate in Warehousing or equivalent experience
* Strong people-management and administrative skills
* Proven ability to develop, improve, and maintain systems and processes
* A self-directed, results-driven approach to work
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners incl. Amazon
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
