In this casual position based in the beautiful Currumbin Valley, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the guest journey, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the reception office and wider Guest Journey team.
This is a highly guest-facing role suited to someone warm, organised, and calm under pressure, who genuinely enjoys looking after people and being part of a premium hospitality experience.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting a seamless guest journey from booking through to check-in, throughout the stay, and through to departure
* Triaging and supporting communication between guests and departments across the retreat
* Assisting with the day-to-day operations of Reception and the Guest Journey team
* Supporting the Guest Journey Managers in delivering a smooth, personalised and memorable guest experience
* Maintaining a strong understanding of Eden's products, services, standards, policies, and daily operations
* Helping ensure guest requests, enquiries, and operational needs are managed efficiently and professionally
* Supporting a calm, welcoming and polished front-of-house environment at all times
