Cyberlutions is seeking a Head of Investigations to take ownership of our investigative division, with a structured, phased transition into full leadership.
This role is designed to set you up for success, allowing you to learn our systems, clients, and processes before stepping into full accountability.

The Role
This role is based in our George Town Office.
This is a phased leadership position, designed to support your transition into full ownership of the investigations division.
* Work alongside leadership and the current team
* Learn internal systems, workflows, and reporting standards
* Gain an understanding of clients, case types, and expectations
* Begin contributing to investigations and operational improvements
* Take on leadership of investigations and team coordination
* Begin contributing to business development activities
* Assist with tenders, proposals, and growth initiatives
* Start implementing structure, KPIs, and performance standards
* Lead the investigations division end-to-end
* Drive business growth, tenders, and client acquisition
* Take full accountability for performance, delivery, and outcomes
* Build, scale, and continuously improve the division
Key Responsibilities
Investigations Leadership
* Oversee and conduct complex investigations
* Maintain strict QA and evidentiary standards
Business Growth
* Identify and secure new opportunities
* Lead tenders and grant submissions
* Build relationships with legal, insurance, and government clients
* Manage Technical Managers, investigators and analysts
* Drive accountability, performance, and development
* Implement structured workflows and KPIs
* Own divisional performance and outcomes
* Ensure deadlines, quality, and client expectations are consistently met
What We're Looking For
* Proven investigations experience (private, corporate, law enforcement, or intelligence)
* Strong understanding of OSINT, digital investigations, or analytical methodologies
* Experience contributing to business development, tenders, or client growth
* Leadership capability with a hands-on approach
* High attention to detail and accountability mindset
Highly Regarded:
* Government or legal sector experience
* Tender and grant writing experience
* Investigation or intelligence background
* Experience building or scaling a service division
