The Supervisor - FIFO 8:6 or 2:1 Roster position is a full-time role. This essential supervisory role at Boton Conveyor Services (BCS) oversees the daily operations and maintenance activities on site. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a group of technicians and ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable service delivery to BCS clients.

What you\'ll be doing
* Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians to complete maintenance and repair tasks
* Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with BCS standards and client requirements
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
* Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to team members
* Liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
What we\'re looking for
* Experience (3+ years) in a similar supervisory role within the mining, resources, or engineering industries
* Current and valid:
o Minimum C class motor vehicle license
o Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E)
o Work safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E)
o Gas test atmospheres (MSMWHS217)
o Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment (CPPFES2005)
o Construction White Card
o Section 26 training and statement of attainment
* Strong technical expertise and understanding of mining equipment and maintenance procedures
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in using relevant software and technology
