We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinician to lead our trauma-informed practice. The successful candidate will provide leadership in clinical frameworks and therapeutic care, supporting staff to deliver consistent interventions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert clinical supervision and secondary consultations in child, youth or family settings.
* Engage staff in reflective practice, training and capacity-building to embed therapeutic care approaches.
* Work collaboratively across disciplines and levels to ensure effective care.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling.
* Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
* Deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and child development theories.
