Position Summary
Join us as a skilled Tractor Operator to operate machinery on avocado orchards. Specifically, the role requires running a 9540 Kubota spray rig tractor. Contribute to the operation and maintenance of farm machinery.
Responsibilities
Operating the 9540 Kubota spray rig tractor
Mixing chemicals according to agronomist instructions
Maintaining spray rigs and other farm machinery
Operating tractors and other equipment for regular farm work
Adhering to company OH&S; protocols and procedures
Ability to work independently when required
Requirements
Proven spray rig / tractor experience
Reliability, flexibility and a solid work ethic
Maintenance and mechanical ability
Forklift Licence a plus
To be eligible
You must have experience in similar activities as well as general servicing of farm equipment and an understanding of machinery operations and applications with the use of GPS.
