The Opportunity
At EY, we're building the next generation of technology-enabled claims organisations. In this role, you'll work with leading insurers to modernise claims through core platform transformation, digital workflow, AI, integration and data-driven solutions. You'll contribute to large-scale transformation programs, combining hands‐on solution delivery with workstream leadership and stakeholder engagement, depending on level.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver future-state claims solutions across the end-to-end claims lifecycle, including FNOL, assessment, settlement, recovery and subrogation
* Perform and oversee business analysis and solution design, including requirements, process models, user stories and functional specifications
* Support and lead implementation of claims core platforms, with a strong focus on Guidewire ClaimCenter and its ecosystem
* Design and drive digital workflow, rules and automation to improve claims efficiency and customer outcomes
* Identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled claims use cases such as intelligent triage, straight-through processing, documentation ingestion and decision support
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Experience in General Insurance claims transformation, gained in consulting, insurer or system integrator environments
* Strong hands‐on experience with claims core systems, particularly Guidewire ClaimCenter, including implementations or upgrades
* Understanding of AI, automation and data-driven claims concepts, with the ability to translate ideas into practical technology solutions
* Experience designing and working within modern claims technology ecosystems, including workflow, integrations and analytics
* Consulting experience (Big4 or boutique), with the ability to manage stakeholders and, at Manager level, lead technology-focused workstreams
