We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization. The Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple stakeholders by leveraging their expertise in process optimisation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or warehousing operations, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong project management capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Data Management and Data Analysis tools.
In this role, the Transformation Lead will focus on identifying inefficiencies, developing innovative solutions, and leading transformational projects that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance in the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and building processes, performing analysis and developing and optimising solutions
* Applying continuous Improvement methodologies to develop, refine and track KPIs and create/maintain standardised work procedures
* Delivering cross-functional improvement, identifying areas for improvement and developing and implementing change management strategies
* Delivering robust performance measurement systems and insightful reporting for senior leadership
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive digital innovation and operational efficiency
Requirements include:
* 3+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or warehousing operations
* 2+ years experience in PowerBI (Modeling and Building), Power Query and Excel
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with Change management and leadership expertise
* Strong project management capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Data Management and Data Analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Snowflake etc)
* Bachelor's degree in Data, Supply Chain or Logistics, or related field
