This site does 11 hours paid per day, and requires an experienced Plumber to join the crew. You'll join an established maintenance team on site, and have a back to back team member. The site is located near Moura 4718. Immediate starts available. THE POSITION Reporting to the Maintenance Manager on site Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, mending broken pipes, clogged drains etc. Prioritise and attend to urgent requests Conduct plumbing inspections and advise Unit Managers of hazards and non-compliance to standards. As a Nominee, you are responsible to ensure that work is supervised and carried out in a compliant manner Additional Allowances available such as: On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min, Gas, Nominee, call out at penalty rates when required, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.
