Coldshield is a market leader in the manufacturing of commercial and industrial doors and is looking for a team member in the role of Senior Finance Officer. This role reports directly to our Finance and Administration Team Leader.

The opportunity:
We are seeking a committed and experienced team member with the desire to work in an operational day-to-day role whilst also supporting to consolidate good processes and systems within the business.
Key responsibilities:
* Daily completion of accounts receivable
* Client invoicing and management of debtors
* Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and daily bank reconciliations
* Maintain insurances, contracts and general finance support
* Compile and reconcile monthly BAS reports and other monthly reporting
* Preparation of accurate and timely group management and financial reports, cash flow forecasting
* Development and improvement of business systems and processes
* General administration and other team support as required.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in an accounting or senior bookkeeping role
* Genuine care to deliver high customer service
* Motivated individual with the desire to work with and develop fellow team members
* Minimum 5 years working experience
* Exposure to a variety of general financial functions through to management reporting
* Working knowledge of Business Central/ERP software is desirable.
