What you’ll be doing in this role? As the HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition), you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a designated portfolio while partnering with leaders to deliver proactive, strategic workforce solutions. You will play a key role in shaping workforce pipelines through talent strategies, while ensuring all recruitment and employment practices align with legislative requirements, EBAs and organisational priorities.
This is an exciting and fast-paced time to join our team, with the organisation currently implementing a new HRIS system - offering a unique opportunity to contribute to continuous improvements and help shape future HR processes.
Your work will include:
Leading end-to-end recruitment and providing strategic advice to hiring managers
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, EBAs, contracts and onboarding requirements
Operationalise workforce planning strategies
Building relationships with key stakeholders
Support the continuous improvement of the recruitment and onboarding process as we implement a new HRIS system.
What you’ll need:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or working towards)
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
What we’re looking for:
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence effectively
Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for improving workforce outcomes
Most importantly, someone with a can-do attitude that is comfortable with change.
