Role Responsibility
* Achieve sales targets
* Prospecting by phone to generate opportunities and build a pipeline (leads provided)
* Achieve and exceed key performance indicators relating to sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Maintain and grow a customer base
Desired Experience:
* Previous successful experience with prospecting to achieve targets
* A passion for health and fitness with an understanding of Gym and Fitness Equipment will be Highly Regarded
* Have the ability and dedication to develop a pipeline of leads through outbound calls
* Enthusiasm, VERVE, and a commitment to giving their very best every day to serve our customers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent computer skills with MS office competency
* Experience using CRMs (Hubspot & NetSuite experience advantageous)
We are offering a full time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and uncapped commissions.
