HumanKapital is a full suite outsourced human resources, WHS and recruitment provider supporting clients across Australia, ranging from SMEs to large corporate and government organisations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

* Management of our accounting software, Xero, including:
o Accounts payable
o Accounts receivable
o Reporting
o Reconciliations
o Tracking against projects
o Client file management
o Payroll assistance
* Management of internal assets, expenses and credit cards.
* Development and distribution of promotional material, as well as website updates and blog posts.
* Coordinating the onboarding of new clients including distributing proposals and terms and conditions.
* Managing all IT infrastructure and acting as the point of contact for our external IT provider.
* Managing internal software licensing and mobile data packs.
* Managing staff travel.
* Coordinating internal learning and development.
* General office management such as ordering stationery, office consumables, coordination of team events and ad hoc research.

ABOUT YOU

* Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
* Certificate in Business Administration is highly regarded.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail with precise data entry skills.
* Proficiency in office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Expertise in the accounting platform Xero.
* Effective time management and task prioritisation skills.
