We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our team in Charmhaven, reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager.
As a key member of the team, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers and suppliers, managing sales and enquiries, merchandising, and supporting the operations of the Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
* Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms
* Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales
* Merchandise and replenish stock
* Process sale orders, generate quotations, and engage with e‐commerce and social media
* Manage Service Centre and office operations
* Troubleshoot and resolve enquiries via phone, email, and face‐to‐face in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain stock control in the warehouse
* Coordinate production with factory staff
* Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and handle difficult customers
* Perform general administrative duties
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in a retail, hardware, or trade environment highly regarded; steel industry experience desirable but not essential
* Face‐to‐face selling experience and an entrepreneurial spirit
* Highly organised with strong multi‐tasking ability and attention to detail
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Team player who can also work independently
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Driver's licence essential
