About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead high-volume recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day you will:
• Partner with People & Culture and Hiring Managers on all recruitment needs
• End-to-end recruitment process management delivering a great customer and candidate experience through sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, checks and job offer
• Proactive sourcing and pipelining utilising appropriate channels to market
• Be a part of regular business and leadership meetings to maintain a strong understanding of the relevant recruitment activity and support stakeholder decision making.
• Use your knowledge and experience to provide data insights and provide meaningful reporting, sharing your expertise to support business decision making.
