About the Role
We are looking for skilled Project Manager to lead the network infrastructure upgrade. The role requires hands-on coordination of infrastructure upgrades in a hospital environment with high compliance and operational sensitivity.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of the Hospital network upgrade project.
* Coordinate with IT, hospital operations teams, and technical teams.
* Develop, maintain, and manage all project documentation – including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
* Oversee procurement activities, vendor engagement, and allocation of technical resources.
* Ensure alignment with operational standards, change control, and risk management processes.
* Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensure clear communication, and manage expectations.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure effective handover to BAU teams.
Requirements and Experience:
* Demonstrated experience managing network infrastructure or IT upgrade projects, preferably in complex environments.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills.
* Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
* Familiarity with hospital IT infrastructure standards and operational procedures.
* Proficiency in project management tools and reporting methods.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification highly desirable.
* Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, balancing onsite and remote coordination.
