About the role
Working closely with a well structured property management department, you will take ownership of the inspection process, ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standard. This role plays a key part in supporting the team, tenants and landlords through accurate reporting and proactive communication.
Duties
* Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections
* Identify maintenance and safety issues
* Prepare professional, detailed inspection reports
* Liaise with tenants, landlords and trades to resolve issues
* Ensure compliance with legislation and agency standards
Skills and experience
* Previous experience in real estate inspections or property management
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
* Confident communicator with a calm, professional manner
* Current Property Management Registration and driver's licence
* Proficiency with Property Me or similar systems
