About the Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? With part-time opportunities, we’re looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Norman Gardens on a permanent part time basis.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting independence while supporting the overall physical and emotional well-being of customers in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) home.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist with personal care, housekeeping, and daily living tasks
* Supporting daily living tasks, personal care and medication
* Administer medication in line with care plans and training
* Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
* Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
* Experience within disability support or a similar care role
* Someone reliable, empathetic, and aligned with person-centred care
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends
* Experience or knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) (highly regarded)
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or open)
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
* QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
